Our Services
Coaching & Team Building
We are Kolbe Certified™ and have demonstrated success with utilizing the Kolbe assessments to help you and your team master communication and collaboration.
HR Strategy Development
Crafting a strategic HR plan aligned with your business goals to drive growth and success. Test and communicate the strategy and plan with clear expectations and measurements for true transparency.
Talent Acquisition
Attracting top talent through applicant-first approaches, leveraging technology (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems and other tools) to create and maintain a constructive experience from start to finish – even if someone doesn’t land at your company!
Employee Engagement
Fostering a strong work environment via programs and communications that address actual employee needs and concerns. Continuous feedback loops to share the “why” and “how” for business decisions.
Performance Management
Implementing simple and useful performance appraisal systems and coaching managers on how to have valuable and productive relationships with their teams, and not just “check a box” for records and compliance.
Training & Development
Provide easy-to-reuse training programs to equip your managers with leadership fundamentals and the tools they need to to develop their employees.
HR Compliance
Ensuring your organization remains compliant with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and avoid legal issues. Create processes that “just run” so you can get away from transactional work and spend time building relationships with each other and your own customers.
HR Technology Solutions
Leveraging HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, while always remembering the “user” experience — be it a candidate or employee.
